Photographer makes the final weather decision, usually 24 hours before your session if there is unsafe weather forecasted (rain, lightning, high wind, extreme heat).

Light clouds or overcast skies are not grounds to reschedule.

Life happens! Below is my rescheduling, cancellation, and weather policy outlined in my agreement.

• If you reschedule with 7+ days' notice, you have one free reschedule within 90 days; retainer transfers.

• If there’s an illness or family emergency (yours or Photographer's), the session is rescheduled at no charge with as much notice as possible.

• If there is unsafe weather (rain, lightning, high wind, extreme heat), Photographer reschedules at no charge.

• If you reschedule with less than 7 days' notice, a $50 fee must be paid within 48 hours to secure a new date within 90 days, otherwise the session is canceled and the retainer is forfeited.

• If you reschedule on the scheduled session date, a $100 fee must be paid within 48 hours to secure a new date within 90 days, otherwise the session is canceled and the retainer is forfeited.

• If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, the session is canceled. The retainer is non-refundable and forfeited. Any additional amount paid beyond the retainer is refunded, less any processing fees.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, treated as a Late Cancellation. The session is canceled, the retainer is forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for any additional amounts paid.

• If you are a no-show (15+ minutes late without contact), the session is cancelled, retainer and remaining balance paid is forfeited.

Weather calls. Photographer makes the final weather decision, usually 24 hours before your session. Light clouds or overcast skies are not grounds to reschedule.

Late arrival. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the scheduled time so the next client isn't affected.

Rescheduling. Sessions must be booked within 90 days of the original session date.

Rescheduling Fees. If you reschedule with less than 7 days' notice or on the scheduled session date, the rescheduling fee must be paid within 48 hours of the request to secure a new date. If the rescheduling fee is not paid within this timeframe, the session will be canceled immediately, the original session date will be released, the retainer will be forfeited, and any future bookings will require a new retainer. Any remaining balance paid in association with the original session booked will be refunded, less any processing fees. The rescheduling fee will be sent as a separate HoneyBook invoice to your email, and the 48-hour payment window begins exactly when this invoice is sent.

Cancellation Policy. The Client must submit any cancellation requests in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. If the Client cancels with at least 24 hours' notice, the session will be canceled, the retainer will be strictly non-refundable and forfeited, and any amount paid beyond the retainer will be refunded, less any credit card or invoice processing fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are deemed Late Cancellations; in these instances, the session is canceled, the retainer is forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for any additional balances paid.

If Photographer can't attend. If Photographer cannot photograph your session and a new date can't be agreed, you receive a full refund, including the retainer. This is the full extent of Photographer's responsibility.

That’s completely normal, and some of the best photos come from those moments! I keep sessions relaxed and go at their pace.

Yes, furry family members are welcome! Many families love including their pets.

• Maternity sessions are best around 28–34 weeks.

• Newborn sessions are best within baby’s first 3 weeks. I’ll confirm your newborn date once baby arrives.

Your gallery is delivered within 2-3 weeks after your session through a password-protected or private-link online gallery.

No. Every image you receive is carefully edited, because editing is part of my style and the final result.

Every delivered image receives professional editing, including color, exposure, cropping, and light skin retouching (blemishes, stray hairs). Advanced edits, such as body reshaping, removing people or objects, or swapping heads, are not included.

Yes, prints and products are available through your online gallery.
